Hi, I'm Kat! I'm the founder and therapist of Heartlines Counseling Services. I became a therapist and clinical social worker because I know what it's like to struggle with mental health. I have walked the path and I know that therapy works. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies (actually, I'm quite a nerd about them!), but the most important thing to me is that you feel understood, validated, and safe in therapy. Regardless of your sexual orientation, religion, gender identity, race, ethnicity, body size, ability, neurotype, or anything else -- you are welcome and valued here!
